The price is pretty cheap and you can get a big room to stay with your children and it is located around 1 km from the main road. If you are looking for a stay for overnight, it is a best option.

Rooms could be cleaned properly, bed sheets and blankets are very old. Breakfast is average not many optionsoverall ok ok stay.. if you spend 2k-3k more you would get a better hotel in lonavala

Property is too old, walls had stains, sealing was in bad shape, toilet was leaking. Stay used to directly come in without my permission. Very poor overall

Bathroom was stinking and was in bad condition. Too many mosquitoes in the room. Room service was bad. Breakfast was below expectation.

Online booking portal Image of hotel amenities were too old and at actual it is all mess and non functional. AC was sounding like tractor engine running all night. Restaurant was not clean and functional most of the time. They took 30min for Tea/coffee and later they said it will take 10 more minutes.

Except the location which is closer to the main road, nothing was even ok.

Rooms, swimming pool, broken bathroom fittings, no proper toiletries, cockroach inside room, pathetic breakfast. And a long list..

Break fast was not at all up to tg3 expectations, Cook is not experienced, and the menu served for Breakfast was totally different to what 5h3 Buffet Menu displayed, Availability of dishes was limited at Breakfast.

Rates of the Food Items were much higher to the quality given, there was no facility of Fridge in the room.

No tea coffee arrangements, on asking restaurant to make it we got the reply that we are busy preparing food for other customers so we cannot serve you. 7. Bed was very dirty with lot of hair here and there of previous guest.Pls don't waste money on this hotel.

The way receptionist denied for checkin Like the most.1- receptionist denied to give checkin without full payment2- on 10/10/24 I was having dinner with my family and suddenly A cockroach flew from somewhere and fell on the rice plate. When my wife was eating. We show the cockroach to the restaurant employee but there was no response from there he tell me about climate and open door. Cat and mouse were continuously running in the restaurant premises.

1)THE WAY OF TALKING OF MANAGER WAS BAD.2) THE HOTEL DID NOT ALLOW FOR ANNIVERSARY DECORATION FROM THE VENDOR OF OUR CHOICE, AS IT SAID IT IS COMPULSORY TO DECOR FROM THERE VENDOR WITH IS VERY EXPENSIVE (DOUBLE CHANGE), OTHERWISE CHANGE IS RS 1000/- .2) THERE LOCK IS NOT WORKING DUE TO WHICH THEY DID NOT GIVE YOU KEYS,EVERY TIME THERE RECEPTION BOY CAME WITH U ,FOR OPENING THE LOCK.3) THE HOTEL TAKE THE WHOLE BOOKING PAYMENT ADVANCE BECAUSE OF THAT MANAGER TALK BECOME RUDE.

Staff were rude and they denied the lunch when we trued to order right after the checkin due to there were busy with serving the other group which was not accepted due to that we had to travel 5 km to have our lunch in the loanavala city. No hot water facility and no water supply in the tap. No food available in the breakfast in the complimentary breakfast no tea nothing. WASTE OF MONEY

Behaviour of staffs was very comfortable. Food was awesome. Neat and clean.. Location is very nice and peaceful... must recommend..
